Common Issues & Resolutions
1. Payment Pending Verification
If your payment status is "Pending", please allow 24-48 hours for the administrator to verify the transaction reference or receipt.
2. Missing ID Card Download
Your official digital athlete/member ID card is generated only after your registration role is reviewed and approved by the district or state administrator.
3. Change of Role or District
To update your registered district or request a new coaching role activation, please navigate to your dashboard settings or email a direct request to the registrar.
